Malta

       A slide-lecture about the Mediterranian archipelago Malta in which all the aspects of the country are present. Also possible in English. Special attention is paid to:

• rise and fall of the prehistoric templeculture. It's history goes back beyond that of the Egyptitian piramids.

• the influence of the churchfather Paul who shipwrecked on Malta. He introduced Christianity and laid the foundation of a world religion.

• the Hospitallers or Knights of St John who came from the Holy Land, went to Rhodes and finally settled on Malta. Here they experienced their most glorious time. They brought Malta an abundance of art and culture.
